How can I apply this product to my pet when the warnings say not to get on skin?

When applying a product that requires adult human skin contact, such as shampoos and dips, always wear gloves. Other products, such as mists, topicals and premise control products do not require skin contact with the pet. Always wash hands with soap and water after applying any products.
